The Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Attanda, you are responsible for guiding clients throughout their entire automation journey — from onboarding and go-live to optimization and expansion.

You work closely with Automation Engineers, Systems Engineers, and product teams to translate business goals into successful AI automation outcomes. You ensure that systems are adopted correctly, continuously improved, and aligned with client objectives.
