Attanda does not store emails, full CRM databases, customer credentials, internal company documents, or any sensitive information not required for automation.

Where is my data stored?

Data is processed and stored via GDPR-compliant, EU-based infrastructures, including encrypted routing through Cloudflare and optional EU hosting via Supabase. Additional storage locations depend on your configuration and can be specified during onboarding.

How long is data retained?

By default, Attanda retains call logs and chat logs for 30 to 90 days and workflow logs for 30 to 180 days. Enterprise clients may request custom retention periods to match internal governance policies.

What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
